i live 16 mi from uws, professional, single, straight 46 yrs old female, 25 yr old son does not live with me, social drinker, easy going fun. i have 1/2 garage for winter parking, and a finished basement 27x13 wid, 9x6 bathroom with new shower with bathroom new, new carpet, new windows, washer/dryer and share kitchen and deck ect. huge yard in close country. i have 2 dogs and a cat also if your interested 21-349-2711 thanks cheryl i have rented to 3 college students and an older couple in the past few years to help me with my bills i charge 350.00 per month/300.00 deposit, month to month or 81.00 weekly, all utilities included and use of washer/dryer but have to pay 20.00 if you want direct tv and i have a cell phone only so you would have to get a house phone if you don’t have a cell phone.. if you know anyone else that would be interested catell them to call me i. two people would fit down there with twin beds but then i would have to charge 350.00 plus ½ of electric bill
